Playing cops and robbers as a child, Shawn always wanted to be the cop. He could never imagine that at such an early age, he would have already achieved his dream. As a police officer for the City of Pittsburgh, Shawn cruises the city each night watching for people in need of a helping hand or involved in illegal activity. He also responds to calls for service at homes and businesses.

- I recently received a letter of recognition from the city for entering a burning building.
- I wasn’t the best kid growing up, but I pulled it together and made something of myself.
- The first three songs on my iPod are “She’s a Hottie” (Toby Keith), “Like a Good Cowboy” (Lonestar), “Me and My Gang” (Rascal Flatts).
