After graduating from PTI, Rodger worked for several hotels learning more about their "behind-the-scenes" operations. When the opportunity arose for him to work with a major company like Micros, he jumped at it. Now he installs property management systems in different hotels and trains the hotel staff on using the new system. Traveling to and staying at hotels in many different states, plus meeting and teaching new people are just a few of the perks.
