A firm believer that you’re only as old as you think you are, Pat made the decision to return to school in his early 50s. After spending 30 years in a job watching time tick by, Pat really enjoys the satisfaction he now feels when creating a positive experience for the patients visiting the doctors’ office where he works. Part of a four-person front office team, Pat checks in patients for their appointments, answers phones, handles patients’ charts and schedules meetings for doctors with pharmaceutical reps.

- My latest accomplishment includes celebrating 30 years of marriage and two years at my new job.
- When I was a child I wanted to be a baseball broadcaster.
- When I want to relax I put on my headphones and listen to some good music. Then, if I want to relax even more, I enjoy a good martini.
- I never thought I would be doing what I am doing today. I thought that I would retire after working 30 years in my previous job, while never giving a thought to basically starting life over again -- playing Billy Madison and going back to school.
- PTI helped me find out that I still had it in me to become a success, and that you do not know what you can do unless you really try.
