After 25 years managing various fast food restaurants, Missy decided she’d had enough with the late-night and weekend hours she was working. Even with two young children at home, she chose to make the commitment to go back to school, often having to carve time out of her busy schedule to study. Now she’s working Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, handling insurance claims for a company with 14 doctors’ offices. In her first three months on the job, she was able to complete nearly 4,000 claims. Today she is much happier and enjoying the challenges and successes that come with her new career.
