I am proud to notify you that, after years of research and after compiling survey results and other data, Pittsburgh Technical Institute has been named by G.I. Jobs magazine as a Military Friendly School for 2010!
This honor ranks you in the top 15% of all colleges, universities and trade schools nationwide. You should take great pride in this honor.
As a Military Friendly School, you will be included with a basic listing in our Guide to Military Friendly Schools, which publishes in September 2009. We will be in touch shortly to ensure that we have the most accurate information for that listing.
Clearly you have an interest in recruiting military students, and I urge you to continue your already stellar efforts by improving your military-friendliness every year. You can do so by improving the policies, efforts and results used to recruit and retain military and veteran students. These policies, efforts and results were carefully gleaned through our survey and weighted into our rankings. For the record, Military Friendly Schools will not be ranked within the list.
On behalf of the 8 million military members and veterans seeking a school, I thank you for your commitment to educating our nation’s most deserving heroes.
Sincerely, |
