from West Allegheny High School enjoy hands-on workshops at PTI as part of their career exploration curriculum.
Offered at no cost by PTI and organized by West Allegheny’s Guidance department, the students were divided into four groups, each attending 45-minute sessions in computer aided drafting, graphic design, safety and security administration, and home and commercial systems integration. Exposure to programs focusing on these industries helps the students determine potential career paths as well as gain familiarity with a post-secondary education option.
