• First Step - Apply Online if you haven't yet - there's no application fee. Or schedule a visit and apply with the help of an admissions coordinator.

If you already applied to Pittsburgh Technical Institute and need to complete additional admissions forms, you can find them here.

• Access the Background Check Form, complete it and submit it directly to Justifacts.
  A background check is required for some PTI programs. Your admissions coordinator can tell you if you need to complete this form.
• Download the Transcript Release Form (PDF), print it, fill it out, and mail it to PTI.
  Required for all programs.
• Download the Graduation/GED Statement (PDF), print it, fill it out, and mail it to PTI.
  Required for all programs.
